It's so hard to 180 on the 29er. I went to a 26 and accidentally did a 360 like nothing, and me doing 360s was always a challenge lol

Thank you for making this video, I gotta convince my mom that the bike is mainly for cruising in order for her to buy it for me, I’ll be riding 4.9 miles to my high school so I wanted a bmx bike, she said no, and I remembered Cult makes cruisers and I showed her this one, she was somewhat against it, then I found this video so I’ll be showing her this.

I just ordered the 2021 devotion in chrome from dan's comp. Won't be here for a week. The chrome looks really nice, it's got the black for also. I kind of wanted chrome fork too though. I think I'm going to take off the devotion sticker on the slanted frame tube.
Have you done anything different to yours yet? Like brakes or bars?
How are the brakes? I only found 1 review on dan's comp and it said the brake pads weren't that good?
Break pads are average at best. Just some grips nothing too crazy a great cruiser non the less

Daft question but does it feel nostelgic almost when riding the 26inch? What i mean by that is remember when you were 10yrs old 4ft8 and the og bmx had fitted perfect, a little big but you could ride it forever and felt comflrtable? Then remember when you were fully grown and jumped back onto a 20inch and it felt awkward and too small? Does this feel like the OG bike from your childhood?

I’ve had this bike for about a year, got the mint color frame. Thought it was funny how you mentioned the toe of your shoe hitting the front tire! Was happening to me a lot too

Did you have any issues with the brakes? I just got a 2021 29” and a 26” (for the wife) and the brakes seems to not have any stopping power at all. I adjusted the U arm springs and the cable tensioner and still no real stopping power just dragging along the wheel to slow me down…. is that expected and a brake upgrade is needed from the get?

My uncle adjusted them for me and I got new pads. They aren’t the best out of the box

I am throwing sum magura hs33 hydros and cheaper alternative odyssey evo 2.5 brake kit and kool stop brake pads are legit....

if ur worried about the foot hitting the wheel when turning keep the pedal of the foot that would be hit (i.e right turn keep your left foot down) and u shouldnt have it hit. right foot down for left turns

Just picked one up myself. Quick question what is the biggest size sprocket I can put on this im tryna change out the 25T to something bigger possibly 30’s !!?!
I run a 28t on mine. 30t rubs unless you use spacers but that messes with the chain line.

I got the 26 in 2021 Chrome bike and was wondering what the spacer things are on the bike. Not sure what they are but it’s like a spacer with an arm for the front wheel. Can anyone help?
What
They're locking nut things, locate them in the groove on the fork. They help hold the wheel in if your nuts come loose. Nobody wants loose nuts.

What made this one different from SE 26-29 inch. Spealized roll, Kink Drifter 26-29 inch to the cult 26-29 inch. I’m in the market for one.
Different brand
The parts the specs the weight . Looks for something with all sealed bearings integrated headset .if I had the money id buy a stolen zeke or stolen max they are awesome fully sealed bikes but they run around 6 or 700 bucks . This one's pretty good as well just don't get an se . Look at the specs on each bike search up the parts see what's good and whats not .but def buy one with all sealed bearings they are less maintenance and last much longer and they are way smoother and spin twice as long once broken in
Also gear ratio is important you can always change it later but 25/9is a bit harder to pedal 25/10 is a bit easier
Are the breaks good for wheelies? Like do they have to go down a lot to stop or do you just tap them ?
I think this is more of a cruiser bike not really for wheelies

@@MiguelCortez bike is dope so far. a little bit heavy, since i'm used to light aluminium cross country mtb's. :D i think i won't put pegs on, its best for cruising, not for doing tricks. And pegs make the bike eaven heavier
