Played the best 9 of my life with this ball. Was +3 thru 9 then got to my head on the back 9. Was playing to not mess up instead of playing loose. Will be better next time but this balls amazing.
I actually had something similar happen recently. About a month ago I was playing with the SRIxon diamond for nine holes and really was just struggling to hit the ball consistently. On the back nine I switched to the WD and what do you know, night and day. Love the spot

I'm doing some research, wanting to give golf a shot (45 year old never done more than some mini golf and maybe a driving range or 2 as a kid). These tweak my cheap but vintage feel interest, and the performance seems promising.
If you want to do something like that, I would probably recommend also getting a less expensive two-piece golf ball to use off of the driver just to start out with. Then with shorter shots and putting use the wright and ditson.
Only because it will have a tendency to spend more left and right. It's definitely key to find a ball you like to put with at the beginning and stay consistent with it. That's one of the reasons I've never been super consistent with my putting is the amount of different golf balls I played.
Also, super excited you're trying to give golf a try. Just be warned though, once you start you won't be able to stop 😁🔥

Nice review. Very interesting indeed, personally I don't care if the ball conforms to USGA or not but it could just be a hot ball that's legal. Got one for you to review though. I got fitted for the Odin X1. You swing a hair faster than me and the Ballnamic fitter said this was the best ball for me so it could be worth checking out. That ball though, anything is bound to disappoint following that!

Jmo, I tried the Smartcore and thought it was trash. Felt like hitting a nitro 😒 gave them away to my hacker buddy 😂

If I didn’t lose balls so quickly I’d 1000% give these a try. The back 9 set and alignment tool look so sick.

Wowwwww great review!! You think that maybe your 95 mph swing may be a little too compressed and slower swings like me in 85 range may not see same higher spin? Never considered getting a 4 piece but wow might have to try
Yeah honestly I don't know how with a swing speed like that if a four-piece would work or not. It could end up losing a little bit of distance for you.

I think the font for the name is okay, but the graphics on the other side of the ball are just too goofy. It reminds me of the yellow Sponge Bob ball Wilson used to make and sell at Walmart as just a silly golfball for kids or adults who wanted to not take golf very seriously. That’s all fine and good if you like it, but it’s too silly for me. It also reminds me of the Uther golfball with the doughnuts on the ball.
Lol well I don't think the designs are that bad. But I know they aren't for everyone.
