Paula is both Vice President of People and Director at ORS Impact in Seattle, Washington, a firm that provides research, evaluation, consultation, and hands-on coaching to non-profit, philanthropic, and public-sector organizations. She is a seasoned evaluator with a Master of Public Health in International Health, a PhD in Comparative International Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation.
She is a coach and facilitator for the Measurement, Learning, and Evaluation Lab that supports organizations to increase alignment between data, decisions, and action for impact and also teaches program evaluation courses at Seattle Pacific University and Northwest University.
