When he fought for Mike against Woodall from getting him to prison. When he strong armed Jessica from firing Mike. Mike is not just an associate for Harvey, he's like his younger brother Marcus to him

Frankly, if I had to choose between having Robin ( doesn't matter if it's Dick or Jason or Tim or Damian ) or Batman on my side, I'd pick Robin. Bruce would never go against his kids, so basically I'd have both. It's the same for Harvey and Mike
