I have to agree with you, however they both sound so close to the same, if you listen to Scotty to play it alone, he is much slower than Josh. both men together is totally awesome, love the song

...there isn't even a slight resemblance...JOSH TURNER is a professional, with an exceptional tuned, rich and powerfull deep voice...and i think the young idol take a lot effort in the lower notes (sounds muffled)..probably he's a baritone..
jmnpinheiro Definitely Scotty is a baritone. I don't know why he was a bass in his school and he also consider himself a bass. Here's a baritone with no doubt considering how much effort for him is to hit for example E2.
