For Fee Relaxation it is compulsory. Aapke Family mai koi ITR nahi Bhi fill karta to bhi aap Nil(0 Rs) ITR file karwa sakte ho. Aap Kisi CA ke through yeh krwa sakte ho

Listen , It doesn't matter that you pay Tax or not for filling ITR . You can File ITR of session 2021-22 and 2022-23 as 0 Rupee Payment for both sessions. All that you need to do is to go to CA and ask him to File a "Nil ITR" for Session 2021-22 and 2022-23 and He Would file and then Give you Hard Copy of ITR Within same day or Next day.

Yes ,You should apply as Last year SC category ke liye Spot Round mai Upto 3.5 Lakh Rank tak seats allot hui thi . Apko CSE nahi mil paaygi but Electrical and ECE upto some extent jarur mil sakti hai

You have to apply for BPL online by using the official website. This process is completely free so you must apply as soon as possible
Bhaiya ews category mein yaha itr, 26AS aur bpl maang rahe hain. Mere paas itr ki jagah par form 16A hai kewal, bpl aur 26AS nahi hai to Mai kya karun
aapko CA ke though ITR & 26AS banwana pdega jisme aapke PAN se judi sabhi TDS aur TCS transactions dhikti hai. Ismein aapki salary, bank interest, mutual fund dividends, aur property purchases jaisi chizon se kaatye gaye tax ki jankari shamil hoti and BPL aap online apply kar sakte ho woh free mai register ho jata hai aapko apply krne ke baad BPL ka recipt same time pe mil jayga aap use BPL mai laga sakte ho
For 90 % fee relaxation it is asking of AS26 Or AIS form of my father and mother but ther do nit file ITR.they are also asking for ITR but there are an option where you can give affidavit at the place of ITR but this option is not available at AIS or AS26 form and filling ITR us mandatory for AIS or AS26 form
Even though Your Parents do not file ITR but you have to still report it as Nil(zero payment) ITR . then using This ITR you can apply for AIS or AS26

It is mandatory from this session hence you need BPL Certificate for fee relaxation. You can apply for BPL Certificate online it is completely free and you can get it online in the form of pdf which you can use in registration process

hello bhai fee concession ke lia apply kar rahi hu toh mother ka non working dal dia ab ek jagah bola ki non working ka affidavit lagao aur itr bala non filling itr ka affidavit ab mom non working hai toh ek hi lagau na aur bpl/NFS card isko bhi mang raha aur income certififcate bhi ma belong hi nahi karti hu aur itr toh laga dia

Else no relaxation in fee will be provided

ITR is necessary for fee relaxation. You can file nil ITR (zero Rs) through CA of your Parents

I understand your Situation but at present situation aap kisi tarah thoda baat wgrh krke OBC-NCL Renew karwalo , dekho agar aap SDM office ya Jis bhi Authority se apka Certificate bana hai waha pe apni situation explain kroge to woh seedhe ya tedhe method se aapka certificate jaldi renew krwa denge Ya fir aap abhi apna certificate banake Mid entry mai participate kar sakte ho
