In addition to being self-employed, real estate is an excellent way to reduce an income tax burden. In the so called "real world" it can take a lot of time, strategy and money to acquire a property. In the virtual world, property ownership is a click.
If I had known what I've learned about business, taxes and deductions when I first started my business in 2006, my RWA (real world estate) portfolio and tax bills would look very different. Anyone starting a business needs to know this stuff. You can't win if you don't know the rules so you can do it yourself or know exactly what the requirements are to get somebody else to do it.
Upland.me is a blockchain game I found during the height of the George Floyd mess. The idea was to create a training in his honor for people that just needed a little bit of money real fast. His sister (my cousin) Tonya was supposed to help. That didn't quite happen - lol - but I still check into the game ever so often.
