Interesting about the basura .
Its so different in Spain. Now there cleaning up Torrevieja we dont see the Rag and bone man anymore. Used to think its great how one mans trash is another mans treasure. I pay my council tax why should i walk it to the end of the road springs to mind.
Always thought bored youtts would set light to them aswell.
