*************** A Message To You ***************
Hey Glitter Critters! It’s been such a long time since I did a video update on my permanent makeup! I realized my permanent eyeliner just turned 10 years old this year (2019). I got my permanent eyeliner in 2009 and later receive a few other face tattoos to cover a scar and skin stain. In this video you will find out what the difference is between permanent makeup and tattoos along with info on what exactly permanent makeup is. It’s not just used for beauty purposes, some people get permanent makeup because they may want to cover a skin condition or scars. Permanent Cosmetics is Cosmetic Tattooing that implants colored pigment into the dermal layer of the skin.Permanent Cosmetics is also referred to as Permanent Makeup, Micropigmentation, Micro Pigment Implantation, Dermagraphics, Intradermal Pigmentation, or Cosmetic Tattooing.

Your nose ring was probably made of sterling silver. Sterling silver oxidizes green and CAN stain the skin.
Professional piercer of 10 years.
ETA: I did not claim that it ALWAYS stains the skin. A person’s body chemistry and the chemical makeup of the jewelry can cause staining to occur and some sterling silver contains copper which usually turns skin green. I have also seen black staining as well.
Meaghan Colman This deserves more likes. This video is like propaganda
Thank you for speaking up, I thought the same but wasn’t sure
Plot Twist.
You were the one responsible for this 10 years ago. XD
@Meaghan Colman
Woah really? Does it only stain skin if it is put in during the healing process?
wizard I don’t think so, i’ve worn sterling silver and gotten colorations on my 4+ year old lobe piercings
This just convinced me this isn’t a good idea
So don't get it ! WTF?🤔
honestly just get lash extensions.. it’ll look like you always have on liner + full lashes. I feel like eyeliner just doesn’t look right/complete without lashes lol.
Money
Yeah, her eyelashes are horrific
Lash extensions are beautiful but harbor tons of bacteria and don't shed mites properly even when cleaned.
@@xangelprincess88x idk your experience but ive always been able to wash my face, brush, and clean my eyelashes with light soap & facewash. i dont apply mascara or eyeliner so they stay generally clean and ive never experienced mites or infection. as long as you are cleaning and monitoring the area, youre fine.
Or just be satisfied with the lashes you already have
The thoutht of this blue cheap looking thick Tattoo around my eyes freaks me out so bad 🙈
C G dude it looks sooooooooooooo bad holy shit
It really is blue honestly why bother
Me toooo😄
You’re supposed to get the colour refreshed
Lol Ikr why do people keep getting procedures like this done on themselves without doing the research and finding the proper person. My mother is 63 and she's one of those rock & roll ladies of the 70s... she got her's done in her 20s and they still look exactly the same. It's a little blueish but not even close to as bad as hers. And that's because until the 90s, tattoo ink came from a blue tint. (For those who don't know, there is no true black ink for tattoos. Just really really dark purple now. Purple doesn't fade like blue so tattoos last longer now. Used to be really dark blue which is why older tattoos would turn blue or green when they would get old.) With regular tattoos if you irritate the skin even a little during curing process it might damage the tattoo. Which is what her eyeliner looks like. She probably scratched it and hasn't gone to get it retouched. And probably won't either. I doubt it was done that bad by a professional. I just think she didn't take care of it. Also don'tcome at me, I'm watching without audio, in case she explained something I'm unaware of please lmk
the only thing that crosses my mind when i see a person with a permanent makeup is why would you want to look the same every day? Cuz there are tones of variety of makeup looks, but with this you'll have just one look. So.. why?
she can cover it up with concealer, like she said if she wants to.
@@nilaphillips3500 that doesn't answer my question. Cuz if you want a cat-wing or so you can just draw it with the eyeliner. But what's the point to get permanent makeup, so you can cover it up when you want smth different? Don't you already have that option - to put or not to put smth on your eye. For that default option you don't need to get inked. So it doesn't even make sense.
ALEX DEAM well if you have base eyeliner, you can either have it plain that way, or add a wing. Or permanent concealer? I don’t see a problem with that I’ve never done a make up look where I’m like “huh this look doesn’t require concealer, guess I’ll skip it!” Having permanent concealer would be awesome. Or having my brows filled in permanently? All I have to do is keep them shaped? So convenient. Don’t hate on it lol.
@@jordananderson2874 you missed my point.
@@ALEXDEAM I have so many mornings where I wake up and hate the fact that I have to wear make up for work yet I'm struggling to open my eyes. Having permanent eyeliner would make life easier for many people. And I can always have fun with my makeup on weekends. It makes sense to me getting a light permanent makeup where you don't need to add much to look decent.
If you’re thinking about getting your eyeliner redone, I’d recommend a dark brown. The black is way too harsh on you
She likes it that way though. 🤷🏻♀️ She said she is still very happy with it... even 10 years later. So that’s good. ☺️
Savannah Carolee I wouldn’t say it’s way too harsh, but a dark brown might be nice
Dark brown is gonna fade to a weird ass red real quick I’d bet
Savannah Carolee smart advice
Thanh Nguyen not at all.. that would fade badly.
The eyeliner shrinks your eyes. It’s not a flattering shape.
It doesn't shrink her eyes lmao. If anything it makes them look rounder and wider than they would naturally be. It just isn't a style that's in fashion now.
generally putting eyeliner under your bottom lashes isn't recommended because it closes off your eyes
Han Louise doesn’t change the fact that it’s unflattering seriously
@@han5234 maybe the top eyeliner would do that but the bottom just goes and ruins it all
Han Louise nope, putting eyeliner around your eye makes your eyes look smaller and beady. It really only looks good on Arabic women who already have beautiful massive eyes
the permanent makeup looks like you slept in ur makeup and woke up the next day looking like that
Iliyana Serrano it’s funny cause she literally has and will be forever now 😂
I am certified to do this.. the people she went to obviously didn’t do this properly. First thing is, you DONT connect the top and bottom liner. Another is that they didn’t apply the liner straight (90 degree angle from skin to needle, which can create runs) that’s why it looks a little messy. I wish she went to me lol
@@alymetz2020 This was also done 10 years ago. A lot has evolved since then. The industry will continue to evolve and get better.
@@alymetz2020 what level of education do you have, 8th grade, 10th grade? You can't even form one proper sentence. No, I'm not the Grammar Police, I'm a person that wouldn't want an undereducated person putting a tattoo gun near my eyeball. "I wish she went to me". How long have you been doing PM? How many clients have you given eyeliner? What techniques do you use? How many different types of ink do you own, needle types? Do you work in a dedicated salon or a nail shop? I really want to know why you feel more qualified than anyone else that you know nothing about. Questioning another professional's work is a good way to find yourself without a license. You do have a license, right? Or are you simply Certified? smdh
Veronica Sue Starlite my first sentence states that I’m qualified, we receive CERTIFICATES. I have been working for years now. My sentences are easy to understand, if you properly read them. It is the number one rule to never connect the top and bottom liner.
Nothing against the poster, I still think she looks fine.
Yes, I am criticizing someone else’s work. No, that won’t make me lose anything but a few people who want their makeup wrongly done.
I am criticizing someone else’s work, probably because 70% of my clients come to me BECAUSE of other peoples permanent makeup “work.”
I don’t necessarily feel I am better than every single PM artist, but definitely way better than the one who did this (also taking into consideration the amount of time she’s had it) and stand by what I originally wrote.
If you’re going to get mad at someone on the internet, at least take the time to re-read a comment if you couldn’t piece together my easily understood words.
I didn’t even know you could get permanent concealer.

Laura Meacham lmao why did i think the exact same thing. Whoops, maybe BC we’re not unique and different
If you want to "insert some information" about the difference between tattoos and permanent makeup, maybe make sure that information is accurate. Permanent makeup is a tattoo. Tattoo ink is also pigment, it's just higher quality (higher concentration of pigment, less glycerin). Pmu fades because the ink is crappy, it is applied at a shallower depth in the skin, and many pmu are trained via a weekend course vs years of apprenticeship. Most tattoo artists use rotaries, which can go just as deep as coils, and tattoo needles are just as thin as pmu needles. No legitimate tattooist is using ink with lead, ash or heavy metals. It's one thing to be ill informed about something but don't go spreading that ignorance. There's enough misinformation out there about pmu and tattoos. Sincerely, a tattoo artist that also does pmu
T h a n k y o u I had to stop listening after she said pigment was different than what tattoo artist use. I freakin cant 😂😂
They even used the coil machine on her face idk why she mentioned rotary
there are heavy metals in some tattoo inks . not all are derived from organic materials. Google history of pigments. it is a persons own responsibility to find information for themselves. she doesn't have to put it out there. I myself never just take someone's word I gather the info for myself. I don't think she was purposely putting bad info out on the internet.
wow such great information we all really needed you to go all in depth about something "oh so important" to a girl just trying to share her experience. so what if she was a little unaccurate she was just doing what she does.

You know what's the main issue? The sun. Doesn't matter how good its the professional or the place you go to,no-fuckin-body puts sunscreen on the skin between the lashes (even bcuz you shouldn't).its really noticable when they don't care much for it during the healing weeks, but even if you're careful with the sun,few years down the road it will look just as bad, just as blue.
Techniques and product, pigments especially are totally different now 😊
My mom lol
Actually you’re incorrect on multiple levels. I am a tattoo artist and my boss does permanent make up, which lasts for 10 yrs or longer and she does it with a coil machine.
Tattoos themselves last longer then semi-permanent make-up simple because the way that cosmetology people do it, they want/need you to come back every 3 months in order to get more money from you, so they don’t tattoo the make up so it will lasts. Coil machines do not go deeper in general than rotary machines, that is actually incorrect. The depth is determine by how you set you needle in the machine and the position of the end of the tube in comparison to the needle. Rotary machine, the armature bar rotates giving an uneven hit, where coil machine go straight up and down giving a more even hit and distribution of ink. Softness comes from the speed in which you have your power going to machine, you turn in up it goes faster and hits harder, turn it down it hits softer and slower. And both a rotary and coil machines use the same size of needles, from 1-45(45 is ridiculous as only people who don’t know better use needles larger than 15)...the rotary machine doesn’t just use smaller needles, it can use large number of needles just like a coil machine. It just depends on what needle you prefer to use depending on tattoo or makeup you’re doing. So, you’re incorrect in saying only a rotary machine uses smaller needles.
Tattoos are NOT deeper into the skin than permanent make-up, the depth is exactly the same, or rather should be, but again the cosmetologist want you to keep coming back to get more money from you so they tattoo it light so you have to keep coming back for “touch-ups”. But what people do not understand that every time you go back over a tattoo, be it permanent make-up or a body tattoo, you are creating scar tissue, after all it is a wound, the more you go over, or touch it up, the more scar tissue it creates, the more scar tissue the denser the skin becomes and the more denser the skin becomes the LESS the ink will stay.
Regarding your nose ring....sterling silver should NEVER be used in a peircing as it will turn your skin green and pretty much give you a tattoo. The metal should be medical grade stainless steel or titanium.
Tattooing skin tone is impossible as all color changes in your skin. Especially to go over a darker color with light, it will never work as the dark will always come through and to match exact skin tone is impossible there will always be a different be it subtle or dramatic.
I hope this helped correct your misinformation.
Wow thank you for the education! Wow in fact I'm not a professional and I don't believe that all of my information was incorrect however, it did come from the source that did it for me so, not too sure where you're coming from but OK.
Thank you! I spend nearly my whole life in a tattoo studio as my father is a tattoo artist! I also was confused about some of those facts!
@@GlitterForever17 The humble, passive aggressive "I don't know shit, but whatever" reply.
I was about to comment on the pigment going over darker color with a light one. Have a friend who corrects bad tattoo jobs, and it's never 100% perfect, even with an exact skin tone match. It's like painting over a red, black and green wall with white paint -- the base colors will show through.
So what tattoo artists offer tatted eyebrows that looks as good as the microblading!?! Because every regular tattooed eyebrows that I've ever seen looked like the old school chola style eyebrows, and that shxt is way played out and out of date!

I am 51. And had my eyeliner done 8-9 yrs ago as well. My reason? My hands are shaken due to long termed side effects of a prescription medication. And I, as well, ❤️❤️❤️ the results! I went to a tattoo artist, had a fantastic portfolio, but her best showing? She used herself as practice! Eye liner, lip liner, lip full color & Eyebrows. I mean she was right up in my face and I just kept trying to find fault, and there simply was none!! I was ssooo lucky to! I got her last available appointment for her 50% off! Yup! Full eyes, $200+ tip!! And I never felt a thing, almost fell asleep!
So I AM recommending it! Particularly for us ladies of a certain age😉. But like you said-- take a couple months, do your research, and of for ANY reason you should walk in and get a gut feeling that this may turn out badly, leave. Just go. Your instincts will let you know that either this isn't the person for you or perhaps, as simple as maybe you just are not willing to commit to it yet.
SIDENOTE: for eyeliner, start thin, you can always have it thickened on that checkup/2nd appt, and if you go for a dark ashy color, not black, you can still easily color it up when you want more color! 😘
Susan Siedler Thank you so much for this information !! 😁💚
I've been trying to find a competent artist for years. I in the Seattle area. Please, where is your artist?

I also had eyeliner done, mine was done only a couple of years ago (I’m 56). My eyelids “rolled” which caused her to actually get liner on my waterline,. There isn’t anything that can be done to fix it. She didn’t do quite as well as I expected, but I mostly got the results I was looking for. I wear glasses and can’t wear eye makeup it makes my eyes water even if it’s hypoallergenic, so my eyes wee just sort of lost. Now the liner (soft black with some bright blue mixed in) makes my eyes pop behind my glasses, you cannot see the mistake she made unless I have my glasses of and you are standing in kissing range, then it just looks like something I did no one knows it’s permanent.
Black brown is good it fades into the ashy color ...
hey, can you tell me the name of the business where you got it done? I've been searching but can only find places that openly admit their results only last one year. thanks!
You know what you definitely shouldn't wear? The weight of other people's expectations and judgements. Don't let any of these women sitting behind a screen make you feel anything less than the beautiful woman you are. Thanks for showing us an update :)

Holy crap, people on here are critical. Her eyeliner looks great. She is demonstrating that after ten years she is still happy with the results of her permanent makeup .Where is this call for the insults? And what is up with the whole, 'she is wearing the same look everyday being dull'? A person's face is the same everyday, with makeup added should they want differently;. If she wants a different look she can wear concealer over the permanent makeup and or build upon it.

Not a fan of how the permanent eyeliner looks. Eyeliner without mascara looks bad to me and I wouldn't want to constantly need to put on mascara. And I think the bottom line should never be done permanent. It makes your eyes apear smaller. Beautiful girl though. She didn't need this.
AmberRose T oh god give her a break , this was 10 years ago , makeup trends etc were way different back then (2009) she clearly liked it at the time
IF this lady put on mascara you would not notice her tattoo'd eye liner, she is making a point, but to finish her 'doe eyed' look, 2 or 3 coats of thickening mascara would be in order to complete her look.

Ooh if you get it only on the upper lid and dark brown it would look nice even for non makeup days I think
My mother had her eyebrows and eyeliner done in a dark brown several years ago. It looks much more natural as it fades, rather than fading to this grey/blue tint. I highly recommend anybody doing that.
give it a go, i highly recommend just doing the top though. No need for the bottom it will make your eyes look smaller, and its nice to have that flexibility with our makeup look
I would say go for it if you're sure but maybe don't so the bottom line. Also consider the shape of your eye when choosing the shape and thickness of the liner.

@Smo Ky actually it's a very popular way to do eyeliner except that is not on the waterline as well. The wing gives more of a cat eye but this way makes the eye look bigger and is more of an everyday look.

I had my eyes lined in 2002... 17 yrs ago. I am in the winter season of life now. I interviewed 6 to 7 girls over a 10 yr span. (side note: my whole life I wore dark brown liner. The few times I put on different colors, I hated them all). The reasons I wanted this was to save time, save money and no worries about smudging. I heard that if you get this done, you can not get any Xrays over them. I called an imaging department at a hospital and talked to a technician about this. His answer was great to hear as he reassured me there was no issues
with any type of Xrays. He said there were only two guys that mentioned their tats got a little warm was all.
I did learn there are 3 different bases with tats... (sorry but I don't recall any of them). I know there're new formulas now days that are better overall. Would I ever do it again? In a heart beat! I love my lines that have not changed at all. I chose to go with a gal that use to work for a dermatologist and she is a licensed
Esthetician. Believe you me there is a large difference between them and tattoo artists. This gal in the video has lines from her inner corner (by the nose) to the outer corners plus a small wing. The gal that did mine showed me pictures to compare with and she explained why she only lines in the lash lines (I have no wings)

@@selinavalkenborgh956 Very true! To be more specific, I have more and larger blind spots than most people due to detached retina and some scarring from the surgery to repair them. I'm certainly not complaining; it could have been SO much worse.
Thanks for the explenation, I didn't know this condition that's why i got the part about the artritis but not the blind spots
(Sorry for my (maybe) bad english)
I heard Prince had permanent eyeliner,I can believe that about him cuz his eye makeup was always on point Lol
my mom got her eyeliner done probably 20+ years ago. she loves it and i love it on her lol. love yours as well!
hey, would you mind sharing where she got it done? I've been looking everywhere but they all openly admit their results only last one year. Thanks!
Hi. Thanks for your video. I would just like to add that a professional piercer would never use sterling silver jewellery for the piercing due to oxidation. The piercings that are done using stainless steel, titanium or gold even, will not tarnish the skin or create an allergic reaction.. So anyone thinking of getting a piercing, should go and see a professional piercer and ask them about the material before hand. 🖖😊
holy frig, I remember watching the first permanent makeup video when I was younger. all of a sudden this pops up in my recommendations, thanks youtube!
Dude I can’t believe it’s been ten years! You were the first person I had ever heard of doing that and I was so surprised! I got my freckles tattooed on about four months ago.
Don’t worry about “encouraging people to get this done.” Please, no one is running out to get that. Especially not after that closeup.
If you got eyelash extensions you would be set girl !! 😍😍👌🏼
Hi
I got permanent eyeliner and eyelash extensions.. and im addicted now😊 what a big difference it makes...
Sarah Weise yes! no effort in doing you’re making too, saves so much time
@@eileengarcia23 so true☺
No, just no.
I’m amazed how much your channel has revived since its downfall. You really have done a great job of keeping your channel positive even when it looked like it would be impossible to bring it back to relevant. Hope your channel continues to grow.
I love that you are gradually moving to an adult roll!!! I’ve been following you for a while and I know ppl gave you a hard time for a bit!!! But in my eyes you’re handling it like a pro!!! Keep on keeping on girley!!!
a dermatologist could fix the nose ring fail
I am glad you are happy with your permanent tattoos.
I remember when you first got the permanent eyeliner and I was so confused. 😂😂
I have the permanent eye liner, top & bottom. Absolutely love it. Where I live it runs $250 for top & bottom but I got mine free in a drawing. I had watch this lady for 6 months 2 to 3 times a week. She had a drawing & I won. It is totally worth getting done
Hate to break it to you, but coil and rotary machines use the same needles, unless the artist has sprung for a cheyenne or hawk style machine which uses cartridges. Most artists use the machines interchangably, although coil machines are more popular for lining. Some rotaries can be good for shading, but it depends on the throw of the machine and how tightly packed the artist wants the colour to be. The depth the needles go in is entirely dependent on the artist doing the work, not the needles themselves. You only believe it's a different needle simply because you've probably only seen a single needle or a 2 needle round liner setup.
Bella Buttons and she gave out such wrong info about tattooing in general, yikes
As a PMU artist I love that you have done this video! Thanks for sharing!
Sterling Silver is made up of 95.2% silver and 4.8% copper thats why your nose started turning green because copper oxidizes just like the Statue of Liberty. You should go for pure silver which is 99.9%, gold, or a hypoallergenic piece. That is also why one should polish their sterling silver jewelry fairly often.
Andrea Rigato implant-grade titanium is the best jewellery to wear. It’s only slightly duller than surgical steel or sterling silver and it’s lighter and heals better.
She didn't do her research. The nose ring probably was sterling silver and that's why it turned green, tarnished and oxidized. Titanium or surgical grade stainless steel would have been her best bet.
She didn't do proper research at all for this video. There is so much misinformation that it's absolutely unreal and ridiculous.
i would never do permanent make up its scary
I think it looks fantastic, it’s so straight & clean looking, It’s absolutely perfect. Whoever did it for you was a real pro. You were very brave and very lucky that it all worked out so well for you.
Personally I don't like the permanent eyeliner, but permanent concealer sounds interesting. I've never heard of it before
Looks like your doing better breland . I’m glad .
Wow so people are judging you for “encouraging” young people to do permanent makeup but look at the Kardashian’s... there’s so many young people that look up to them and people are worried about your permanent makeup
That doesnt make it right just because someone else does it but i know what you mean, but she shouldnt be judge because it makes her happy. Plus she made a better disclaimer in this video aswell. people are too sensitive now.
Mahina Teta this might be the dumbest comment i’ve ever seen. if you look up to them then I feel sorry for you
Mahina Teta I never said people shouldn’t look up to them, i just don’t think younger people should but it’s just my opinion. I don’t hate them because I don’t know them personally 😊
@@tahitianmoon1439 no one said they're bad or something... she just said that people are judging her and don't judge other people.. stop being a drama queen. 😑
@@tahitianmoon1439 oh please honey, there's quite some videos of them ignoring fans... there are sooo many better celebrities.. I'm not hating on them, but now you are just being rude to others, you grow up..
I think it looks fantastic. I’ve heard about permanent make up before and I’ve always said that if I ever took the jump and got permanent make up, it would definitely be eyeliner. This video was very informative and I really appreciate you posting it because actually being able to see it on someone and see that it worked well and looks good is very encouraging. I’ll definitely have to let you know if I end up getting it done.
I think it looks good, I wish I could have had it done when I was younger, but I have never worn much eye liner anyway. Yours looks really good!!
Permanent makeup is a big no. Makeup trends are always changing over the years. At the time that look will be in but over time it'll be outdated.
@Katia No, but the way people wear it is always changing. Her permanent makeup looks very outdated.
M M1989
I get what you mean but she doesn’t have to follow any trend.
Who cares about trends? Half of them are so ugly or stupid you just end up wasting your money. Just do what you like.
True. I'd still consider eyebrows though.
I agree with you. I think the bottom liner is very out now when I remember doing it everyday in the early 2000’s. I know lash extensions are expensive but honestly look so much better than this. The eyeliner with no other makeup just ages her and makes her look tired.
omg i havent heard about you since forever glad to stumble upon your channel again and i remember watching your permanent makeup videos it was cool
ddaenq lol i literally wrote the same ;)
*skips all of the comments liked by the video creator*
Why am I even watching this? Not interested
Literally my thoughts. I don't even know this channel. And I skipped all her liked comments to find some others, maybe I just should go to sleep, I don't know why I'm here xD
Why are you even commenting? Not interested.
u made me wanna get perma eyeliner when i was super undecided before and then i look at the comments and im so freakin sad like why is everyone trying so hard to put u down and correct every single thing, completely missing the whole point of the video
dang
i wouldnt be able to handle this kinda life with so much critisism, ur strong af and u still have ur sense of humor which is amazing
i never heard of you until i randomly got suggested a video about u and it made me curious to check u out, ur personality is so freakin awesome and youre hilarious and you are pretty af and the eyeliner looks great esp after 10 years
idk im rambling and idk if u will have time to even read this but i rly hope things get better for u with every thing thats been going on and i really hope u keep ur humor and cuteness thru all of this really effed up stuff going on
it sucks that somebodies humor can esentially destroy their career, cause from what ive seen/heard/whatever it was all cause of your humor that this all happened.
i feel like a lot of the world (Esp online) is just looking for something to be offended by and looking for something to turn into negativity and looking to hurt others, when they are accusing others of doing that exact thing, hurting others.
it makes me confused if they really understand peoples intentions properly or if they are just so ignorant.
i know this is dumb and im rambling but i feel like robin williams would still be here if people didnt try to be offended by any thing they can. and although its fine to be offended, everyone gets offended by something in their life, but to feel the need/pursuit to destroy that person based off of ur own feelings, when its all just in good intented humor, its so freaking wrong
IDK WHY U MADE ME THINK OF ROBIN WILLIAMS ): i guess cause he had certain jokes that were on the dark side of humor and i can see the dark humor in u and i freaking love it
but when ppl have the chance to be hurt or offended they go full force without even considering intentions or humor or intentions or anything.
DUDE ACTUALLY Thats like freakin joan rivers holy shitttttt like she destroyed those ppl who would try to be offended. she had this stand up comedy bit where she made a joke about suicide and this person got super pissed and was heckling her, and shes like, you fucking moron my husband killed himself. and thats where that dark humor comes from. her own personal experience. FUUUUUUCK OK I GOTTA STOP RAMBLING SORRY BYE
I've been doing permanent makeup for 19 years and I ALWAYS tell my clients that permanent makeup is not to REPLACE your makeup, but more so to make you look better WITHOUT makeup. I have done several hundred people and i have NEVER had ONE SINGLE PERSON not LOVE it! And nobody EVER has said that they regret it.
If you are in San Diego Ca. let me know! And I want eyeliner to keep from having to line my eyes ever again!
people definitely get it to replace makeup, i have never heard of anyone saying otherwise. good information to have because it's definitely marketed incorrectly lately
You don't even look like you could have been doing this for 19 years. I'm not saying I don't believe you, just that you don't look like you're old enough to have done it for so long.
@@kimberlymhall awwww that's sweet. Lol. ACTUALLY, I'll be FIFTY on April 20th! 😱
I mean, they're not gonna come back and be like "it's ugly I hate it bye" lmao
I always thought permanent makeup was an actual tattoo, now that I know it's not it actually sound pretty cool.
Also taking about people's experience doesn't mean that they are encouraging it, people need to chill out
Even 10 years ago I just thought you were so adorable and so unapologetically you. Stay beautiful
Wow, looks nice! The person that did it did a great job.
I've known several ladies over the years who have had bad ones and so I never did it due to that concern. If I knew it'd definitely come out like yours I'd do it in a heart beat.
Oh my gosh, Breland I literally haven’t watched you since like 2015 and I just rediscovered your channel so.....looks like it’s time for me to catch up😂😂😂
Joo Writes don’t disappoint yourself
Same like omg
same!!!
Buckle up my friends, a lot has happened over the years!
Thank you for making these permanent makeup videos. As someone who is blind, and would like to wear makeup, permanent makeup is a good idea. I didn’t even know it was a thing until I saw your videos, and now I really wanna get it done so I don’t have to struggle to put on makeup.
Jaime Ketchum Look up Molly Burke, she made a whole video about how blind people use phones and technology :)
I like the option to switch up the style and color of my eyeliner. Also it only takes a few seconds to put on. Sometimes I prefer looks without eyeliner and I heard that once you do your eyeshadow with eyeliner tattoos you have to redo eyeliner anyways so I guess I just don’t get the point, but glad you’re happy with it.
Thanks for the useful information and showing what you can expect from the procedure. For the haters out there, if you don't like it, don't do it. Its not hurting you and it benefits people who don't have steady hands or can't see well enough to apply makeup esp around the eyes. Its very useful to have this information from someone who has actually had the procedures.
Her eyeliner looks blue to me, honestly it looks messy (im not hating on her)
Its from a blue filter she put on her vid
@@amarasprng6616 it's also ten years old and from what she said it hasn't been touched up.
@Robin: ooh... she said she used a pro; and remember, it is not a tatoo. ;-)
@LauraLovely Amara didn't make that up. The woman in the video said that she used a blue filter in a reply to another comment saying it looks blue.
LauraLovely Honeydoomelon11
Actually it fades to blue because black ink, paint, etc. is all blue, red, and yellow based. No paint/ink is straight black, it’s all just really dark hues of primary colors. Blue seems to be dominant in tattoo ink, making the black fade to blue later on. :)
Someone speaking about their procedures /experiences does not encourage anybody to do anything people make their own choice stop blaming famous people and influencers for the things people decide to do in their personal lives
jen torres I agree it just provides all the info from their experience :)!
Thank you! 🙌
4:28 “ Oh my goodness you guys my pores are bigger than my future” 🤣🤣 she really got me there
If PM had been available 30-40 years ago I would absolutely have it done. I don’t know what your eyes looked like before, but I think it looks nice! I would like to have my eyebrows done. I plucked too aggressively when I was young. 🙄
“Why though?”
BECAUSE SHE LIKES IT! PERIOD. 😂🤷🏻♀️
Periodtttt!!!! 😁
I think a lot of people in the comments are used to the modern, beauty guru version of makeup so they’re hypercritical of how yours looks. As a cashier who sees dozens of people every day, I can say for certain that your permanent eyeliner looks infinitely better than most of the eye makeup I see on a daily basis. Eyeliner especially takes a lot of time and precision to apply, and not everyone has the time, patience, or steady hand to do that every single day.
While I wouldn’t get permanent makeup myself, I personally think it looks good on you, though I think a touchup with dark brown would suit you well!
@Sky yyy Keep in mind that she got it done 10 years ago, it's not gonna look absolutely perfect, she just needs to get it retouched is all. Also a lot of comments are saying the liner looks too harsh but it's her choice if she didn't want it to look as natural. In my opinion it looks rather nice on her , especially considering it's been a decade with no touch ups
That is what I was thinking too. And even beauty gurus will upload their go to looks and state this is what they prefer when not having to upload new video. I literally do not know anyone who does the whole baking, contouring thing, or smokey eyes on a regular basis. Everyone I knows just wants a fast routine to make them look human for their day to day social obligations (work, school, etc.). Likewise, people tend to wear the same look everyday and maybe only try different eyeshadows and lipsticks.
Sky yyy then why are u watching this
Actually if I don't have time etc to apply the eyeliner... I don't do it, so easy! 😁
@@Ghostfriend7100 I just have to say I think it's sad that we nowadays don't consider looking the way you actually look to look "human". I mean, our natural faces IS actually the real look of a human :P
omg i remember watching her 10 years ago and seeing her get the eyeliner tattoo and i just now rediscovered her w this video that’s crazy
My tattoo ink only has maybe 9 ingredients? Most of which are just different pigments????
I was going to say she should do more searching about what's really in tat ink..a good shop and state regulations require specific ink..I think she's searching garage and kitchen diy ink n tats...I have tats and have looked into perm skin correction and makeup and it's the same ink the tat shops use..the only difference is the needles they use but a friend of mine who has a shop for 20+ years and is a reputation artist in general has the tool and smaller needles he uses on softer tissues like ears eyelids and webbing of ur hands and feet and you can adjust the needle for the depth...
Came looking for a comment like this 👏🏻 thank you friend
not gonna lie Gurlll eyeliner kinda blue
Ayoola Alabi it’s just faded that’s all most black tattoos tend to go off colour within time
Did you not hear her say "it will fade overtime".
I know, right? I just left a comment saying that it looked blue. If it was me, I'd have to go over it just to darken the color everyday...
RN here, thanx for educating us on your experience. 10 years is a good trial ,but you still look quite young ! I am older and wanted this , then I had an eye problem, I have OCULAR ROSECEA, it can blind you! I have had rosecea all my life, you are not just red, your blood vessels cause more skin to lay down and build and can deform usually the nose first without excelllent skin care. I wanted eyebrows, top eyeliner, and lips . My ophthalmologist said absolutely not the eyes and anything on my face is unpredictable outcome . I was disappointed but health first, esp vision! You are beautiful ! as to why permanent? everybody has their reason, I wanted to wake up on the weekend and no makeup!! No luck huh? God bless!
I'm here after her breakdown and other videos miss you❤❤❤❤
I'd definitely consider getting permanent eyeliner - probably just the top though, and I'd want to be 100% sure the artist was legit!
Lol don't
