I know its February but oh well, this is my first recipe of 2020.
Here are the measurements for the spices in the Pilau Masala:
2 tablespoons of coriander
1 tablespoon of cumin
1/2 tablespoon of cloves
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of cardamom
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
2 bay-leaves
