I understand the aspect of our humanity. We always want to do in order to feel good about ourselves and boast to God about what we have done and how it has earned salvation.
The funny thing is as humans our best can never be enough to God and breaking any Law means breaking all. A murderer has broken the law and so is a liar or someone who looked at a woman lustfully. They all are law-breakers to God.
So, you cannot do enough to please God because we are not wired to do it a humans (we have a fallen state) hence why trying to please God and get Salvation by your deeds is futile.
How bad of a judge would God be to spare you of somethinv evil you did because of another good you have done?

Good intentions but poorly worded. Maybe a simple sentence like 'John 3:16 is what differentiates Christians from Moslems' would have sufficed.
It's not that God is not fair. Jesus is the way and the truth and the life, so there is no other way to heaven except through Jesus. Muslims will go to their prophet's paradise, while true believers of Jesus Christ will go to Christ heaven.
