Hi Maros, great video, super inspiring. I'm wondering if you have found a solution for how you are going to sync user accounts and subscription data between the web app and the mobile app? I'm asking as I am currently trying to implement a similar system in my app, and would greatly appreciate if you had any advice.
What API are you using on your app? And how much does it cost to use it?

your code is buggy, i just read some of it at 0:04, here's some advice
1. quit using `var` to declare variables, use `let` or `const`
2. don't use `==` to check equality, it does type conversion before it does the comparison, for example `"1" == 1 -> true` whereas `"1" === 1 -> false`
TS/JS is wierd 😆😆 take care!

What did you exactly do for marketing your app?
actually have an mobile app myself, but spend way too much on ads. was my first project that really generated some money. but it aint profitable yet due to ads and running costs. I think it will be a good idea to run some organic marketing via social media instead of running ads, as the costs are quite high. so I am interested what you have been doing in terms of marketing
For Trading Tracker, I haven't done any marketing so far. I am sure I am leaving a huge amount of money of the table but the reason for this is that I never felt like the app is ready for it. I am in the process of building a web version which will be used by the majority of the users and I think that's when the product will finally be ready for some marketing. The only thing I spent time on was AppStore Search Optimisation.

I guess it went up so much cause the people's interest to crypto trading is higher now than in 2023. Cause of Bitcoin ETF approval in January and an upcoming Ethereum ETF later this year.
Yeah that could also be a reason. Or maybe it's just the fact that it's January and people are setting some goals and resolutions, new habits - tracking trades might be one of those habits 🤷♂️.

if 3500$ are close to your monthly salary from your job as a SENIOR iOS developer, I am highly concerned that you are WAY too underpaid in germany. I haven´t met a single senior iOS developer in germany earning less than 70k per year (5.800/month),
Maybe it came out differently than I intended, but it's not that close to my salary really. I just wanted to emphasise how amazing it feels to have an additional income that could technically replace my salary in the future.

Still, this comment take into standard the US, I'm a senior full stack developer and where I live, 3500$ is more than 2M , and I suppose you will know what means for me and the company that pay it
