The video was uploaded in 2009 and was perfectly watchable in normal quality at one point. I had it posted on my Bebo and MySpace sites back around 2010-2011 when rumours of Bellamy coming back to Celtic were raging for like a week or so. My guess is that it's some sort of compression glitch on CZcams's end as it's not the first time I've seen an older video end up like this, and also perhaps to do with which server this particular video is hosted on.
