i messed up my back in elementary school playing soccer and re injured it a couple times since then, most recently freshman year of highschool. i’m a freshman in college now and still suffer from back pain… I feel you

I am a chiropractor. And I see a lot of people that “pull their back’s” lifting weights in the gym. But, a lot of the time, is not just a muscle, it is actually their spine! You may have an inflammation in your spine, caused by the amount of force you made. I would suggest you look into that !
