- This video goes into depth about how much I spend per month running a basketball facility and basketball training business. I cover each expense I have on a monthly basis and its purpose.
If you are curious about what goes into running a basketball gym and what kind of expenses you incur this video will help you. This doesn't include yearly LLC fees, website hosting fees, accountant fees etc. These expenses are all for running the gym and for growing my basketball training business.
The main monthly gym expenses are the lease, heat, wifi and electricity. These are non negotiable's just to keep the gym open and running.
The rest of the expenses like adobe premier, acuity, drop box are all services I use to help make my life easier and distribute content like this.]
We also have in house expenses like new basketballs, broom, and bathroom necessities that are must in terms of keeping up with the needs of the gym.
Next is paying people to help run and grow the business for me, as of now I just have Max who helps train and run the gym when I am not here and TJ who films and edits some of my content. Both of these people help save me time and are vital to the growth of my basketball training business.
Last expense is upgrading equipment to make sure I am working as efficiently as possible and these are occasional expenses month to month.

I paid that yearly, I talked about it in my video on how much it costs to start the gym. It was 2k for the year up front

Insurance and the quality of product is so good people can hang on the backboard and nothing will happen, always a chance but

I sincerely appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us man. You and Cole are the only people I've found providing us with knowledge on how to start up a basketball gym. It's something Im seriously trying to start in my town cause we have a huge hooping community (9 high schools and over 20 middle schools) yet only ONE public indoor basketball court if you don't include 24 and Cal Fitness which are more of a fitness gym.

3,300 sq ft, and 20-22 ft ceilings
