Man, i've played a lot of this game when i was 16. Even today at 24, i've replayed it with completing all regulars worlds at 100% (except for special one, obviusly), and i took so much fun to replayed this great game. Easily one of my favorite games ever.

It took me around 34 attempts (yes i counted and yes i somehow still remember that number almost 9 years later), but i remember hitting that last p switch and just losing my crap before being treated to this absolute jam of an end credits theme. I also remember beating the bowser level over and over again just to listen to this. Oh, what great times those were...so nostalgic...

This was the first game I EVER beat all by myself so I was utterly stoked when the credits finally did roll, I was so proud of myself. Plus, I bet the game late one weekend night over a summer it was fantastic. A lot of people don’t like the New Super series because it’s redundant, but it introduced a lot of great mechanics to 2D Mario and reintroduced a dead portion of a franchise to make sure it was a accessible to anyone who played it.
