In this Microsoft Power Automate video tutorial, I’ll show you how to quickly create folders based on a SharePoint list-while adding a hyperlink with custom display text to the folder for easy access. This workflow can work for many use cases such as patients, students, employees and more.
Manually creating folders and adding the hyperlink can be time-consuming and prone to errors. This Power Automate flow will create the folders and hyperlinks in under a minute.
First, I will show you how to create an automation that will create folders and hyperlinks in bulk by manually triggering the flow. Then, I’ll show you how to create an automated cloud flow that will automatically create a folder and add a hyperlink to a SharePoint list as soon as a new item is added to the list.
