  • ⛰ Back to the roots in the Eastern Anatolian Mountains, where the quite and pure surrounding calms you down naturally. Although the area looks dry from space, there is a huge diversity of flora and fauna. You just have to look closer, to find all kind of herbs, flowers and even animals look turtles, snakes or wild pigs.
🌿 The families live a life close to nature and collect seasonally the gift of nature. Just like the herb in the video. It is my favorite tea, which can be found from end of July to August. In Turkey it is called „mountain tea“ (the biological term is Sideritis), in orher countries also known as ironwort and shepherd's tea, well known for their use as herbal medicine.
💧Impressive were also the different turtles, living at an altitude of over 1500 meters. One of them was even about the size of my head! A wonderful being adapted perfectly to the rough and rocky mountains, where water is a valuable element.
🌍 We can learn so much from all this beings. They don‘t change the environment the way they want. They just adapt to live in harmony with the nature, without taking more than they need.
📱 Last but not least: the videos were taken with an iPhone 10 and also edited with the iMovie application. Simplicity is the key.
    🙏🏻 Enjoy watching!
