for the 8th way you can also do it with snowmen (in Christmas) so when you build a snowman you can go into build mode and delete it you can get almost 150$ for each snowman which is great
Another good way is make a mood thing (forgot what it was called but I’m gonna say mood booster) on your plot and say in chat something like “Boost your moods at my plot for ( ) bucks” and then throw a party. Do this a few times and you can even let people who are pizza delivering quickly do their moods at ur plot.
