Even before the meat prices were crazy high I'd be walking through the meat section in every grocery store visit lol. Great video, brother. I've done a few kabobs in my day but I think I cooked them at a too high of temperature and I also didn't have the proper skewers. It looks like you had the perfect grill on those kabobs. Cheers!

There's an outbreak of hoof and mouth disease in Indonesia right now so we're on high alert here to keep it out of Australia. That would be devastating to our meat industry and the cost of meat.

Great video, I think it's great to show how to use fresh ingredients and good but under appreciated cuts to make tasty meals. Love both the Santa Maria and Argentine grill. They seem similar but obviously there must be some reason you select one vs the other.
Been using that marinade forever. Went to college with Kenny one of the heirs of Ken's Steakhouse in Framingham MA.

Those look great Greg. Lately I’ve been on a “stick kick” I’ve bee cooking lots of things on skewers. Kushiyaki, yakitori, anticuchos, kofta, what ever if it came be cooked skewers I’ve gotten interested in it. Those Sirloin kebabs looked interesting, as did the rest of the meal.

Great videos i've been enjoying your content especially using these amazing grills! Hard to find good content on these ones from Sunterra. As you've used a few different variations, which would you recommend if space was available for a 36 to 48" grill?
I've been considering Sunterra with the rear brasero and looking at a single flywheel 36 or a split grate 48. Keep up the great work! :)
Awesome video. Hey Greg, I recently moved from socal to Texas. Can you do a video on making your own carne asada marinade? Don't have access to authentic Carne asada down here.
I'd say, Pitmaster approved, from one end of the skewer to the other. My grocery store also has a "points" program, but the savings only apply to their gasolene sales, which these days isn't a bad thing.

Is the Brasero actually useful? Seems like most cooks start with fire just in the firebox. Wondering if I can go without it and save room. Secondly how does this hold up outdoors? Any rust on yours yet?

Truly grilling on a budget would be better represented on a Weber Kettle or other budget friendly grill. Not all of us can afford a $10k Sunterra.
I'm sure you know this could be cooked on pretty much any type of grill.
