It's been a few months since I last teased this set up. Temis Motorsports finally made this idea a reality. A dedicated exhaust sound video will be filmed soon so keep it locked in. ✌
Pretty sure you could’ve just thrown on a 370z or even a 350z tomei since they’re both interchangeable on both chassis and this is basically a Z34 chassis and it would’ve fit right out of the box but it looks sick 🤝🏾
370z cat back would have fit, but the diameter of the piping and size of resonators/mufflers are too small for the VR30. It would have sounded real bad and not flow how I wanted it to flow. On top of the Y pipes for the 350/370z being a small diameter it hits the trans brace.
I was debating on that very thing for a while. I do prefer it to be further back, but where it’s at now required less modifications and figured it would keep my bumper from staining. This muffler tip is much longer than most. Eventually maybe I’ll cut the tip off and shorten it. For now it will stay like that. 🫠
Zilla bro I got my sport back, shit I realized im on my other account but im pretty sure you'll remember me haha - it's almost time to mod it and woo these Tomei's sound great versus a lot i've heard so far. Top of my list so far.
@@ZillaFullBoost I think order wise: Exhaust -> Wheels -> Tune|Downpipes - just depends on how far I want to push it, right now I need to get my sound right for sure.
Z is factory dual exhaust so me personally would keep it dual exhaust because 1 single muffler on a dual exhaust bumper would bother me every time i looked at it see'ing an empty spot where the other exhaust tip or muffler should be. That muffler is ugly IMO, it looks off balance and it sticks out way too far. If you like it, thats all that matters.
That empty spot is getting a filled soon. This muffler is suppose to be offset as a single and the tip is very long. Eventually, I may shorten it for now it’s keeping my bumper from getting stained.
The exhaust I got new open box for 1k. The Y Pipe when I sell these will be $900. Then the couple cuts and re-weld IDK how much they were. I would assume like $150.
I’m interested on the y pipe. I already have a Tomei on my q50 but don’t like the 2.5 y pipe the comes with it. Once you fix the bottleneck. And you start selling them. I’ll hit you up.

TOMEI , is the best sounding exhaust for the 3.0t, hands down number 1
I have AMS full catted downpipes and a Tomei on my Q50 Red Sport. I have yet to hear anything better!

Not a fan of single exhaust, but sounds good. Does it have to stick out that far?

Could do without the resonator, muffler already does the job.
This exhaust is extremely loud. I would actually prefer another resonator.
