    Great episode! You made a show in the Keweenaw of Michigan at the Harbor House in Copper Harbor, Mi where we lived and my husband is from the Smoky Mountains.

    I love those straw whisks. They also used them in Colonial Williamsburg. Bought one years ago.
    This made me sick about the Trail of Tears

    I just love your videos! My Austrian ancestors settled in the Shenandoah valley in the very early days of this country. It was land that reminded them of the foot hills of the Austrian Alps where they ewes from. Thank you for your spectacular videos! You make me smile!

    So many of the chef's recipes look delicious but are from the top 1% and not reflective of general society; I've always wondered what common people and slaves ate.
