@@SirenKimmie hey girl!!! What is the run time on a full charge? I hunt for 8 hours when I dig. Was gonna get the Garrett at pro but for $250 I cant see going for the At pro. Been wanting to upgrade from my bounty hunter 2200 and for $250 i think this is my chance to get a good machine to relic hunt with. Thoughts? Thanks!!!
@@l.h.c.powerwashing7289 oh you will get 8 hours for sure. It's a great machine. Very light too and as you know rechargeable so no spending $$ on batteries (I carry a usb power pack just in case! But never needed it. Being able to charge USB I have plugged it in the car too :) )

@@SirenKimmie thanks and I do actually.. I got it put together but do I have to do the software update 1st or can I just take it to the beach or park?
When you power up your machine look and see what version it is. It may have all the updates. 2.68 is latest. But you can wait to do the latest. ;)
@@SirenKimmie Okay so I don't know what to think here because when I put together the detector yesterday it showed I had a full battery so I turned it off and saved it for today today I got out to the beach and it was in park mode so I switched it over to beach mode and I threw a gold and a silver ring down to see what numbers would show up and then all of a sudden I saw the battery go down two bars and then it froze so thank God I brought my Minelab as well as a backup because it froze and that was like 5 hours ago and it's still froze the screen and everything is still on so I don't know if I was supposed to charge it up I thought it was fully charged because that's what it showed yesterday when I put it together so I don't know what to think

Wow, i don't have a computer. Yep thats right. I guess i better stay with what i have for now🥺 its a drag being on a low budget.
New machines are shipping with latest software and will run just fine as is without ever having to update. If you ever decided you want to update it is infrequent enough maybe a friend would let you use their computer or the local library. But truly it runs amazing as it is right out of the box without updates. ;) xoxo
@@SirenKimmie i just realized that we have community computors down in the lobby where i live!! Oh, yeah! Im writing santa as we speak. Hoping he has an anfibio in his arsenal or maybe even a nox 600, im not picky lol! Woops, did i say that nasty word? Lol. Thanku for the reply.
@@normawinton6832 lol whatever fits best. I have not used the nox so I cannot speak to it, but the Simplex+ is a quality machine (as is the Anfibio ;) )

So is there an advantage to getting the Symplex if you already have the Anfibio multi
Those times when you just want to grab and go. It's lighter and turn on and go. Also if you're looking for an inexpensive but great performing backup machine.
have they updated the software to where the pinpoint shows inches for depth cause that is the only thing that makes me sad
Not sure I follow. When you press pinpoint button as you center over the bullseye gets smaller. Your depth is on the right side. Though I caution, depth is always an estimate on any machine.

how deep can this detector detect?
Its pretty deep. Not as Deep as the Kruzer and Anfibio but pretty close. Also depends on your soil and conditions, size of target, type of target, technique and knowledge of the machine, etc. I found a civil war bullet 12" which was probably my deepest find with it.. so yeah it goes deep ;)
are the headphones wifi or bluetooth
They are wifi.

I don't know tqhe functqion of automatqic discrimination, pls explain. Musuc. Annoying. People over 12 yrs old are not "girls" or "boys."
Girls was a "fun" title we were using but has since been replaced. I do these videos to appease my creative side so I know I will not please everyone. If you watch Quick Start Guide 1 it goes over Auto Discrim.
