That would be where a garage door opener would go. You can put it in there and press that button and that button will hit the garage door button.

Garage door, Sunglasses and CD are the roof storage in order. Headrests for the rear seats detach and mount in the flip up portion. Rear View is auto tinting and has display for temp or compass. you're missing quite a few features... 4wd/AWD, fog lamps, 6 CD cassette, tow package, etc

To fold down the back seats take out the headrests and place that into the seat that is folded forward. The seat should fold all the way down without having to move the front seats forward.

The interior is not amazing for its mileage. The cloth seats held up magnificently! My Silverado that I owned for 15 years had 310k on the seats, 100k more than this one and my seats were damn near perfect. And why are you shocked by the barn doors? 98 percent of the box Tahoe's and Yukons were barn doors. My 1998 gmc yukon slt with 187k has leather and no rips due to me meticulously keeping the leather cleaned and moisturized. Plus i have the window sticker and every piece of paperwork since bought new...every oil change on paperwork done every 3k using Kendal 5w30 and the last 12 years I've used Valvoline maxlife 5w30. Will sell for 3k.

Congratulations on your meticulous maintenance and care of your vehicles. Many, if not most, people do not take care of their vehicles as well as you. Plus, I like barn doors a lot, you dont see them much anymore and will continue to see less and less.

Please advise, I was planning to buy Chevrolet tahoe 1998 5.7 Imported from Japan. Is it going to give any Mechanical enginee failure in future. The mileage on the car is around 63000.
