Once you take an animal as your own, you are responsible for the animals lifespan. It’s a 9+ year of commitment with a GSD! It’s a big, very costly and labor intensive choice. Don’t do it to the animal if you are unaware of your responsibility to it! I had a great job until cancer brought me down. I struggled at the end of my dog’s life. He had an incurable spinal disease. He was my legs until his legs no longer worked. 😢😔❤🗽He was the best 10 years of my life. I never loved anything more than my hairy son.
