    I've seen quite a lot of videos where it's just assumed that someone who enters the world of SLA calculations just knows how to get to the numbers; that's not the case with me.
    I'd like to express my gratitude for uploading the video content and focusing on showing how you reach the numbers! 🙏🏼
    It saved me a lot of frustration and now allows me to continue diving deeper into designing for the cloud.

    Hey, helpful video - shouldn't the second example be "CANNOT be more". If the Downtime cannot be less than 1 min, you could offer a 0% uptime SLA and still not breach contract?

    I am curious why we need to subtract the figure from 1 in 6:18 of 13:05 mins, it applied only in this formula or it depends on how much we specific of that particular number. Thank you in advance.

    what about Feb month with 28 or 29 days and even months with 31 days?
