This type of behavior has nothing to do with communism. We don't live in a communist state. We live in a state controlled by the opposite forces, monied interests. These monied interests want to take the fruits of your labor from you and they need thug cops to keep you in line while you get broke and upset. Under communism workers would have control over their wages and there wouldn't be a need for an oppressive police force. Yes, Russia was authoritarian but it was never actually communist so save that counter example.

It really depends. If he was on or off duty. In my state theres undercovers who are on duty. They drive unmarked vehicles. And it also depends on what this motorcyclist did. Idk the whole story but I personally seen motorcyclists and cars drive on sidewalks, go 60-70 mph through residential areas etc. No joke.. One time I was driving home from work and a VW and a corolla were having road rage with each other. The VW was driving on the sidewalk and kids were jumping behind trees so they wouldnt get hit.
If this guy was just going 10-20 over speed limit then that was a bit much to pull out his gun. But like I said idk the whole story of what happened before this. And like many vids it only shows the after-the-fact. 😂

Qualified Immunity won't allow that, and to make it worse Trump said if he is back in office he will make police 100% immune to any and all punishments, including lawsuits and the station.
Trump: "I'm also going to indemnify all police officers and law enforcement officials throughout the United States from being destroyed by the radical left for taking strong action on crime,"
This can be taking advantage of and severely abused with Qualified Immunity, they would be unstoppable.
