It is SO difficult to find loose and baggy trousers for us shorter girls, but Aritzia now has both short and cropped sizing and I've found these amazing beauties. These two styles are IMO the best trousers at Aritzia - and I'm SO happy they have lengths that are perfect for petites!! FYI for anyone using this as a reference. For the cropped effortless pant they’ve now also included different lengths for that (Short, Regular, Tall). The 25.5” you have is the Tall Effortleless Cropped pant. The regular is now 24”.

I just ordered both on the clientele sale! So excited for them! I wear the front tie pants in 2 for a looser look and a 0 for a more fitted look and was waffling on the size. This video helped!

I was looking for reviews on Aritzia pants and on a fluke came across your video. What a miraculous find! I say that because I’m 5’1” and have a horrible time getting pants that fit. I hate the idea of buying pants, then having to spend more money on tailoring. All I can say is thank you and I’m subscribing.

It’s so hard to get Full length wide legged/ straight legged pants for petite ladies like us!
Do you feel like the cropped effortless pant has a wider leg than the regular effortless pant? I’m just worried that if I order the cropped length it will look too much like a wide leg pant vs. straight leg, if that makes sense.

I didn't find it to be a problem! Of course you have to wear skin coloured underwear like you would with any white/cream coloured pants, but other than that I never felt it to be a big issue.
Awesome review! I'm 5'0 and bought the effortless pants in the cropped/tall version and as you said, perfect length for us shorties! I picked vin gris which is like bone color that would go with pretty much everything, now I want to pick up another pair in light birch too! Also their new-ish color 'ardoise' is super pretty, but only come in regular length (cropped regular is too short) so I'll have to get them hemmed. It's becoming an addiction and my wallet isn't happy about that. lol
I am 4'11 and I was thinking about getting the cropped vs the regular length version. I was just wondering since you got the cropped/tall version- were they a little too long or good in length?
@@kaleighplaylist1777 They're good in length. I've tried the regular/short version which has 30" inseam, way too long! I think the cropped/tall version is great for everyday, they're an inch past my ankles so not quite full length but long enough to pair with sneakers and low heeled sandals! But do measure your inseam, if you have longer legs than mine then maybe the regular/short version may work for you.

When I purchased there was only one cropped length, the equivalent now is the Tall Cropped which has the same 25.5" inseam
how do they wash? is it okay to run them through a dryer?
They wash fine but I wouldn't dry them, they'd probably shrink and it would ruin the material

Thanks for sharing. Aritzia’s return policy stops me from shopping online. There is no store near me, so I couldn’t try their clothing. If I bought the wrong size, they can only refund me e-gift card😿
Maybe you can also try cohen pant, which has a bit shorter length compared to those ones. I saw it hit at the ankle of a 5”0’ girl.
If it's a regular priced item and you return within 14 days of the shipping date, you should get a full money-back refund! But they will dock $8 for return shipping. If it's an online sale item however, I know they only issue gift cards for those. I actually do own the Cohen pant in a taupe linen material - also a good pant!
