All you gotta do is loose lace them from the bottom to the top, but when relacing they gotta be super loose but as soon as you pull both sides of the shoe, or as soon as you put on the shoe the laces should look less loose but still feel easy to take off and put on

They are really good gym shoes if your don’t want platform weigh lifting shoes the soles are a little wider and not as tight as the chucks these are probably one of the best gym shoes especially for squats.
