I love this segment. I agree everyone's path and timeline is different. Don't get discouraged, put your work and believe. Better late then never 💯 I stopped caring what people think about me long time ago. They will doubt you and put negativity into your head but you have to rise up

This phrase is apropos to life as we age, as Loni pointed out. I'm embarking on my writing in a serious way after DECADES of starting this or that manuscript. Always putting it off. Now I'm finally taking it seriously and ideas are flooding into my brain.
As long as you are alive, it is never too late. It's all about stepping out on faith.

I remember not finishing my AS degree. I went to college 2014 to 2016 and had one more credit class left that I didn't know about until it was passed deadline. I just didn't go and just worked for 4 years, not worrying about it. During, I watched high school classmates of mine graduate at the standard year we're supposed to, 2018. I even cried. But I finally finished up my credits last year and now have at least 1 degree. Now i just gotta start on my others. That's why I whole heartedly agree with better late than never.

That clock for every human is ticking whether it’s a clock for finding love… having children… that specific craft/ job they want… maybe even getting a degree whatever it is we put pressure upon ourselves… and it’s always based on society’s pressures not because we necessarily feel it’s meant for us ! If we all simply listened to that voice inside our heart and head to lead us on the path of what is truly within our realm of destiny and not look back or stress we would be much better as a whole ! Don’t second guess… don’t think about other peoples feelings ! You come in this world by yourself and will eventually will leave it by yourself so look out for yourself and make yourself happy no matter how “ late “ it may seem to do what make su happy !

Adrienne just said what I was thinking. I’ve gotten better at not dwelling on regrets of not doing something sooner. Regret doesn’t do anything for you. I wish I traveled more after college, especially with COVID hitting later, but when things lifted up and after getting vaxxed, I finally went on my dream international experience of an African safari, in Tanzania. If I did it, even if later, then that’s what’s important. Here’s to more later but not never experiences 💗
