In the "Brother From Another Series" commentary, they talked about how it was one of the best scenes they ever had to cut. It was a Sideshow Bob episode (the one where he actually makes an attempt to go straight), so there was a lot to get through and that joke had to be scrapped to keep up the tension in that scene.
I love how these deleted scenes are just talking, some don’t have sounds much and there’s sometimes background music. Idk, it’s just calm and relax full, and I love it.

You must buy the DVD set. The option to watch them all is found from 4th disc. Some scenes are hidden in the DVD menu. Plus these scenes has a clever way to tell where the scene was intended to be in. You can also put the deleted scenes on so while watching the original episode, you will see the deleted scenes too
