Tad Strange Sorry. I'm actually wrong. I stopped watching 6teen when Nickelodeon stopped broadcasting it in the U.S. around 2006. But according to Wiki, CN picked it up a couple months after the premiere of TDI in 2008 to show the last 2 seasons. I wasn't aware of that. So yes. It did show new episodes and the reruns from Nickelodeon.

There was nothing that beat coming home from elementary school, throwing my shit down and binge-watching Stoked, 6Teen, and TDI on CN. My parentd always talked about how they'd come home from school each day and watch shows like Scooby Doo. This is our generation of exactly that nostalgia. I'm so thankful these shows gave me something to look forward to so young.

I really wish we got more cartoons that felt like it was aimed for teenagers or young adults. Like a perfect mix of the “kids” and “adult” type of shows if that makes sense.
nowadays there is no in-between its either fully adult or just fully kids. shows like these are no longer being made which is sad but i think its just times have changed. i am just glad shows like this existed cus they brought so much joy to me when i was a kid.
@@srai5333 shows like stoked or detentionaire aren't the only shows not being made anymore - virtually all kid's shows has evolved to be pretty much the same thing. maybe it's just my old man glasses on but when i look at the lineup of shows from when i was 8/9/10 years old versus now, i see a big contrast in originality, idea, execution, etc. i'd suspect it's probably because less kids are watching tv nowadays so the demand isn't there anymore, which is a big shame. i'm just grateful i grew up in the 'golden age' of kid's animated shows of the 2000's to mid-2010's. i do genuinely wonder if any children nowadays would reflect back when they are adults on nostalgic tv shows...

Wow it's crazy how good this theme song is? The song's catchy, the animation is really well-done (look at those pretty colours and cool camera angles and solid shading), it clearly shows you what the characters and the show is going to be like, and it hypes you up. I didn't watch this show as much as a kid, but the way this theme song is set up is really strong. The animation is especially pleasing. 👌

The Legend of U I mean shows like Steven Universe are incredibly mature for what they initially were believed to be. It's literally a prime example of a show made for kids, appreciated by teens and admired by adults, it's just a damn good show tbh 😂
Blüę Venator Season 1 isn't bad by any regard, but it isn't the best of the 4 current seasons we have. Much of it seems like more or less filler, but is, in all honesty, more or less character introductions, development for characters and setting up concepts and ideas that will be later developed in the show, such as in the episode "Giant Woman" where....SPOILER....we get kind of a crash course on the concept of "fusion". Going back in watching the first season from where the show currently is, I'm currently as caught up as you can be officially becoming a dedicated fan when Season 2 was just starting, I can safely say Season 1 wasn't as interesting, just because it was scratching the surface, but it was totally necessary and worth watching, 1 of my top 5 episodes is actually a season 1 episode if that's worth mentioning.
I didn't think someone else would've actually thought that. In fact, I think there's several songs out there that I could reasonably add "life is unfair" at the end.
I watched this movie in the summer when I was in elementary school, I was impressed by the opening song. And now I'm 18 years old, every summer I listen to this opening song, it makes me feel the summer atmosphere and reminds me of my childhood ❤. THIS OPENING SONG IS SO AWESOME 🎉

This is strangely very nostalgic for something that happened later on in my childhood. It really only ended four years ago, but it feels like it's been forever since I sat down and watched them all on Netflix for the first time.
