Omg the amazing misadventures of flapjack I never watched this as a little kid but i had the cartoon network app and they added a new thing called old school and I watched it and fell in love it was the episode where the boy and the pirate where trying to find the whale because they thought some pirates took her and the second part where flapjack kept trying to earn candy from the teacher.
Binged the entirety of Kim Possible within a week a few months ago, and I remembered why I loved it so much as a kid. I still listen to its opening theme a whole lot. I also recently downloaded the Total Drama theme on my phone. When I listen to many of these, I just want nothing more than to be able to truly create my own animated series with an awesome theme song. I wrote lyrics for it, but…they're not the best. Now I know why I'm more of a novel and script-writer than a songwriter.

Don’t delude yourself with false pity. Everything you said has been said by 70s kids, 80s kids, and 90s kids about YOUR 2000s cartoons and yet you still found joy in their plots and jokes. The kids today will find joy in the plots and jokes of their 2010s cartoons and as the grow older look upon them fondly. They may even bash 2020s kids for their trash cartoons. Then the cycle will continue. Perhaps if you took off the nostalgia filter, you might find today’s cartoons just as good and some of 2000s cartoons may not have been as good as you remembered.

I started thinking about how well crafter these are after Kim Possible. Because, while I did remember the lyrics and melody of all of them up until it, even not even remembering how the Kim Possible theme went, the image of the character instantly popped up in my head.
