I remember the 90s being all about going extreme. There was more of a party and club scene, and beaches were busier. More people did stuff after work and pretty much every weekend. People were constantly on the go burning the candle at both ends.

Most of it came out during the 80s. It never screams "90s" because of when the shows were established. There are shifts in fashion, comedy, and other sensibilities. There's a vibe and atmosphere to them. I think if it started in the late 80s but was something that dominated the 90s, by all means. It's just that parts of these, while nostalgic, feel off.

I didn't know The Adventures of Pete & Pete had full-length episodes, I only remember the shorts during commercial breaks on Nickolodeon, and the theme music from that had a harmonica.

I don't know how many there were, but I missed 8. To be honest, most of them were shows I have never seen or ones I never or rarely heard the theme for.
If I knew them, I knew them within a fraction of a second. Except Sex and the City and Rugrats. Those 2 I knew but couldn't place. The ones I didn't know, I hadn't even heard of before.
It also wasn't syndicated originally due to low overall ratings, but was after the marginal commercial success of the Matthew Broderick movie. And it had better ratings in its syndicated run. So, in that sense, it was a 90s show.

The show ended in April 1992. I remember watching the Growing Pains, Who's The Boss and MacGyver that night.
