The first exercise really challenges my control of air flow. I like it.

This is such a great video workout.
I love exercises like the one you are doing 8:27 where you are singing a longer exercise using one breath.
I am working on my onset singing 'th' with my tongue poking through my teeth. I am starting my breath out before I start singing. This is to reduce scooping when I sing and reduce tongue tension.

Have you done a video on vowel and other replacements? Such as 'my' is pronounced 'mah - ee' and 'boy' is 'boh-ee' etc.
Hmmm I'm not sure any of them break down diphthongs, but I can add that to the list. Check these out, too:
