I once had this dream where Yandere Simulator turned into a Live Action film and I played as Yandere Chan (Ayano Aishi). Despite trying not to act like a diva, there was several changes that irritated me: 1.) Oka Ruto is Ayano's one and only friend due to them being classmates together in Pre-K (that didn't bother me too much since they're both unpopular and Oka is naturally afraid of her). 2.) Due to the names being difficult to pronounce correctly, the director has decided to "white wash" the names of the characters (this kind of bothered me since I do get annoyed reading articles complaining about films being white washed). 3.) Instead of Kokona's (Karen's) father being abused by loansharks and/or any type of abuse, instead they are struggling with being part of the cool people (I kind of relate to that subject, like everyone else in the population). 4.) The school bully, who isn't Ayano (Amy), is one of those stereotypical female bullies in every school movie ever (I'm not sure on whether Yandere Dev has added any bullies in the game yet, except the delinquents, so I don't know how to feel about this.). 5.) Enjo kosai (compensated dating) doesn't exist in this movie (I'm not saying that we should have little girls selling their bodies in the movie, all I'm saying is that we can't automatically pretend that real life problems don't exist in any source of media). 6.) The director thinks that this film is an American film. (This might make me sound like a weeaboo, but I love Japanese culture and it's legends, like how Gaijin Goomba does and something like this type of close minded ignorance is just sad that we can't express any amount of Japanese culture in the film without any controversial white washing.
The game itself isn't finished yet so maybe if Yandere Simulator hopefully gets enough audience when it launches it would take another decade before that would happen :/

I think that there should be 2 new systems added to Yandere Simulator. One, the weather. Everyday has unique weather, so one day it could be sunny, but the next day it will be raining. If it is raining, Yandere chan will take advantage of this, since the rain might be able to wash off the stains on her clothes. However, on some days, the weather may be too extreme to go to school. Secondly, there should be another system added where the students at Akademi High are able to get sick. Yandere chan can get medicine to help by trading with info chan, or riding her bike to a local pharmacy to buy medicine. There is also another downside to this, as Yandere chan will also cough very often if she is sick. Lastly, if she is trying to steal a cheat sheet from the teacher's lounge while sick, her coughing would attract the attention of the teachers and would make it impossible to steal from the teacher's lounge. That's actually a really cool idea, but they also have other things to do for a short amount of time each day, and they go home around 5:45 to make a collage on their wall or something.

I feel like once the game starts building up a lot of complexity you should implement a mode where the game is stripped down to simple mechanics for those who just want to kill and mess around. That way you will be able to make the people who want a complex game and the people who want mindless fun happy.
The people that just want some mindless fun should just play the earlier builds, if that's still possible. I'm not to sure if that would fit in a game that works against you, because murdering people isn't easy. I do understand your point though.

So from what I can see of the Rivals, (in order of appearance), it's Osana Najimi, then the Cooking club rival, Drama club rival (Possibly Kokona?), Oka Ruto, Sports club rival, Substitute Nurse Rival, Substitute teacher rival, the leader of the Delinquents Rival, Senpai's sister rival, and the student council president rival. I feel like once the game starts building up a lot of complexity you should implement a mode where the game is stripped down to simple mechanics for those who just want to kill and mess around. That way you will be able to make the people who want a complex game and the people who want mindless fun happy.
The people that just want some mindless fun should just play the earlier builds, if that's still possible.
I'm not to sure if that would fit in a game that works against you, because murdering people isn't easy.
