Thank you! It is a stamp. You can find shops that make these stamps for example on Amazon. Try the keywords like "custom hot leather stamp".

It is vegetable tanned leather. This one is stiff enough. Sometimes I may apply leather hardener liquid which is applied at the back of the leather.

Hi! What is the type of glue you use? Is it available in USA? :)
The one I was using is Rubstik Tropic contact adhesive. You can use any alternative brand of leather contact adhesive.

可以請問底部跟頂部用的襯料材料和厚度嗎
內襯皮用挺身而薄點就可以了, 我用的應該是1.2mm. 而膠板也盡量用挺而薄的, 我的大約是1.2mm.
