We tried this recipe and the vadas were simply unbelievable! I've seen my grandmom, mother, and all other relatives cooking vadas. In fact, they are all awesome cooks. Usually we did vada and payasam on amavasai days. This time I tried your receipe. It comes very good, light in weight and crispy. Very tasty too. But my usual receipy adding black pepper and salt only while grinding without adding any other things is getting more votes in my family.
