can I make a comment about one thing. Medicare aging for me cannot come last, as this payer always pays faster than the others, i'm saying is, if we are not checking them regularly even though they have 365 of TFL, we might miss out those claims that are denied due to Eligibility. and if that's the case, then we might miss out the TFL for that commercial insurance as they usually have shorter TFL. Just an opinion :)
Earlier i had this account, where in the corrected claim got denied as duplicate since there's no changes made from original, it got denied due to unbundled cpt my checker told me to write off however the DOS if April 2022 so we can still make an action to get it reimbursed.
If you verified the coding guideline against the documentation and it can be fought. I say fit it!

Yes, that is correct. The aging buckets the criteria (columns) on the accounts receivable aging reports.
