@@El6789sik if you choose an existing subtitle language you can return to the gear icon, choose auto-translate, and then Arabic. I've heard it said that the CZcams translation system uses English internally as an intermediate. So, counterintuitively, you may want to choose English subtitles before autotranslating so that the produced Arabic will come from whatever editing she may have done in the English subtitles. Maybe try both English and Spanish as source languages for autotranslating.

Hey Laura, I am going to Madrid for my exchange. This choice was done thanks to your videos :) Around 2 years ago I found your channel and decided to start my journey with Spanish. Now I can speak B1/B2 and am totally creazy about using the language on a daily basis. @@spanishafterhours This year it has been about -5 to -20 degrees Celsius at best. Sometimes it can get as cold as -30 to -35 degrees Celsius but luckily not yet this year. Fortunately I live in a cabin with a wood-burning baking oven and a stove and a sauna. Even though it's cold inside sometimes, it can be fixed by adding more clothes. Have a nice weekend! :)

I'm taking a beginner group class and it's moving veeeery slowly. :') I would like to make progress more quickly but am not sure what the best way is because whenever I try self-studying my laziness chips away at my resolve, ha ha. Maybe I will try taking the next level, but will make more progress on my own time as well to see how far I am able to get.

I believe it is "enseñar" rather than "ensenar" I tried looking it up, but the internet is not good and I don't want to lose my comment, so I would double check that, as I am not a native speaker.
@@KiwiKeyblade of course, you're right. I just couldn't find this letter so I wrote n without ~. I know it's a totally different letter.
By the way, I'm Polish and in Polish there's also a letter which makes the same sound but it's written "ń". Creo que para Espanoles eso parece como "n" con accento😅
@@sylwiawajda9866 I have a windows laptop and to get to special characters , etc. , you push the window key and the period key at the same time ! ñ 🙃
@@edwardmacnab354 oh, thanks... but I use my smartphone. I'd need to change the language to Spanish but I use English and Polish more often and I'm too lazy to change the settings all the time
@@sylwiawajda9866 I know what you mean . Even with the laptop it is a complicated chore to get to the specific letter form , and I usually just type n for either. Only if I'm trying to show off do I type n'yeh ie; ñ

Hello! Is a podcast considered comprehensible input? I recently found the How to Spanish Podcast, which is an Intermediate podcast, and I understand easily 90%. Should i count it in my log of hours of comprehensible input?
Input refers to any form of language, whether speech or written. Language that you can understand is comprehensible input. Whether it's in a book, youtube video, podcast, TV, in person conversation etc is irrelevant.
