  • After 4 years of riding with our crew and often struggling to pull our lines, Shane finally sold his 300 and is now on a GasGas 450. We are all very happy about this, but he was still missing the CMX riding experience. So we put a 2023 CMX kit on his bike so he could "see what the hype is". This hero snow day was a great opportunity to compare the CMX on his own bike after riding a Yeti 129 for 4 years.. The key difference he learns, is steering the snowbike from the track, very different from the more "planted" setup he was used to.
After one days ride, as Shane puts it..."There's no going back"

Just wondering if you can keep the ski down when you want, seems like it is up sometimes when you don't want it to be.....and here comes a tree. Never ridden but want to. They seem fun. I've met Mark a few times and he's a good guy.

You can easily add ski pressure by turning the compliant strut rod one rotation at a time to find your ideal setting. We set our bikes to be as wild as possible

The CMX 129 is another option with inherently more ski pressure than the 120. We’ve all moved on from the 129’s though. The 120’s are way too much fun!
