- Minecraft parkour has all kinds of jumps. However in this case, what appears like it should be an easy jump, actually is impossible. This is Minecraft's Impossible 2 block jump. I hope you enjoy :)

It looks easy, but not even Dream himself is able to complete this jump. Minecraft parkour is filled with all kinds of quirks and bugs, I want to bring attention to them, and inform people! Minecraft is general can be such an interesting game with so many sub categories and things to choose from. From Minecraft Manhunt to Minecraft Speedruns, there is something for everyone. I really like focusing on Minecraft Parkour though, specifically the technical aspects of it like this. Speedruns of Parkour Spiral V2 are cool, but I think this is cooler. :) - Hry
I think it would be important to say that it's impossible in 1.8.9 but actually possible in later versions (1.9+) because of the new sneak mechanic that lowers your hitbox when you sneak

didn't the sneak mechanic come in 1.13?
@@diama629 it did, but they updated it in 1.9+, to make you half a block shorter when you sneak.
I actually tried this jump with a triple 45 strafe with 15.5bm and landed inside the slab above the landing block. I still can't get out and I am very stuck, please someone help me

Example: if it is at 20 ticks but 60 fps
It will look soft but in reality, it the 20 ticks
They are the only ones to enter the space of those 2 blocks. Imagine that you need to be in the position of Y 1.1 exactly for you to enter. It is going in 20 ticks Then it would be like Y 2.0 Y 1.95 etc. until the Y 1.2 which makes it go like Y 1.11 and then it goes to Y 1.05 then it skips the Y 1.1 making the jump impossible unless the ticks are not 20 but is 60 like the 60 FPS

Any momentum? Maybe a 3+.5 wouldnt work, but a 2+.5 is short enough that with a bit of ice head hitter momentum you could still get enough speed to land between on the second tick.
It's based on height, not by speed
@@LightslicerGP it is. If you manage to get enough speed, you can swoop under the ceiling and make the jump

This jump is meant for 1.8. 1.9+ users will make it with shifting mechanics.

i made it in 1.20
It's impossible on 1.8, and possible on 1.9+ versions. Hence, most parkour servers use 1.8.9 due to mechanics and such

Bruh 5 block jump is possible even the six block jump to make it u have to sprint and jump for like 30 min straight then get a really good jump and u will make it

6 block jump isn’t possible that way because momentum doesn’t work like that
1bmhh 5b is possible and I’ve seen 1bmfghh on ice 6b, but flat mm for both jumps is impossible without ice
