You do know that small "White" thing right next to the battery is a tester for the Charger, Battery and everything else. Unscrew it do you testing with it. When testing if the light stays green after flashing, then everything is good. If RED then that part needs replacement. How do I know this, I have the same product.
It's supposed to be red when charging and turns green when it's done. Sometimes a bad battery will charge, but "finish" in 5 minutes. Then when you go to use it, you can only drive it for less than a minute.
