Just some words of caution; you can absolutely get scalped from entanglement with the rear axial. You only need a couple of strands to start the process. Friend of mine owned a go kart hire company where this happened ... it was horrific for all involved.

Can't wait to see the top speed on it, I got a 1978 Yamaha shifter kart but your engine is cooler than the one I'm gonna put on mine. Im going with a 212cc motor form harbor freight mostly because there is a lot of things I can do to it to get some decent power.
