This is a great talk. Love both of these drummers. Nir Z more I learn the more I like this guy. His drumming is impeccable.
Nir has and always will be one of a kind. Brilliant. Love you, brother
The two Calling All Stations drummers, side by side.
Legendary
Excelent album
Wish that lineup had gotten another chance. I loved it.
hey , they both played on genesis , calling all stations album , fantastic album
Nir Z is an artist amongst drummers! One of the best to do it in my opinion.
The best drummer nowdays ,great sound ,superior drummer is awesome with his technique and sounds, all the best for you all :)
Two of my favorite drummers! What great guys!
I know Nir Z from Superior Drummer. One of the best.
I remember seeing nor z playing on the calling all stations tour fantastic drummer

i am a genesis fan, and i love these two songs wehre nir is playing the drums, the other drummer on this record, i dont know his name, because it was not a nir song...
Song number 7 on the CD. or deveiding line. best trak on the album because of nir!!
El otro baterista que toco en Génesis calling all the station es Nick di Virgilio
Wonderful
he’s my bffs dad!! ilan zodkyahu🥰
I swear that second kit is Gavin Harrison's in MD 2008
I got here from "Room.for Squares," specifically a favorite: "Neon." But there's very little I dislike on there, drum-wise or songwriting-wise.
Wanted to hear how he says his name, tho...
Holy cow, that's a $3,000 3-piece shell kit (no snare! No hardware; pedals or cymbals, obviously. Just drum shells if you're new).
is it just me, or does no one else ever mention that match (matched grip: like 2 fists) is for a snare you wear, a holdover from our marching band days before there were drum kits in the early 20th century? If I'm not mistaken, because it tends to tilt in a way that makes sense, maybe?
I'll attest their hardware holds up, even their inexpensive stuff. I'm too.old to want to carry around a huge, expensive kit for a small show. They keep a tune almost as well as the Vistalites, which are of course, plastic.
sonor endorsement but in studio he plays gretsch i think :-D
he talks about his recording in Nashville and how conservative the engineers there are and how he converted them in this video czcams.com/video/5pG-8_gGnbg/video.html
@@FrederickJohnSebastian I just listened, the key thing he said was that the sound comes from the player
@@justhadrums of course! But...would you say the same about a gretsch drummer/ endorser? Or only sonor drummers? The fact remains, he finds the drums inspire him and help him solve creative problems. Have to respect that, no?
