- Breaststroke Swimming Technique - How to kick in breaststroke. Start by slowly pushing off the wall and gliding for 2-3 seconds. Keep you feet out, squeeze around and push. Glide between each kick.

he, just a little tip: You should not bend your knees towardsyour stomach, but your heels towards your bottom. At least, I do competition speedswimming and it makes you faster and it's way easier to not drown XD.

Hi, I don't know if you understand Dutch, because I live in the Netherlands, but if you want to see my times you can go to devrijeslag.nl I can also just tell you: 50 metres breaststroke is 41,20 not that fast, I know, but I've only been doing speedswimming for 2 years now. Before I've taken regular swimming lessons and (I don't know the actual English name, but literally translated) rescueswimming. I hope you now have the answers you were looking for.
