Roman was booked into his superstar position. People forget that not many people liked him or cared about him for most of his career. But when they gave him one of the most dominant pushes of all time people bought into him as an unstoppable monster. Same as Brock Lesnar. And they could do it again with another guy if they wanted. The reason it looks like there isn't another guy who can compete with Reigns is because he's been booked to be undefeated for four years and no one else on the roster has been booked even close to that level of dominance. But if they did book someone else that strongly they'd have a guy.

Definitely not Punk. You don't just put a belt on someone who just arrived or wasn't in the business the last few years. The Rock taking the belt from Punk was a mistake. It makes the current roster look bad, because as great as the Rock is, he should've been a rookie against Punk because he wasn't a consistent wrestler. Goldberg should definitely not have beaten Brock.
Same goes for Punk. Even Randy should wait a year atleast. But I don't think Randy should chase the belt either. This can be Cody's time to shine.

I don’t even watch the current product anymore but kinda know what’s going on because not much has changed with the situation that Roman is still the champ. I’d think they need to take the belt if him in a triple threat or maybe even fatal 4 way where the other opponents can outsmart The Bloodline. Maybe even have further outside interference from e.g. CM Punk who could remind Roman of the past with The Shield distracting him and open up a chance for a quick pinfall… well there are many possibilities.

Because it doesn’t actually exist, a dude telling a supposed 2nd hand story of something undertaker supposedly said that can’t be found or substantiated anywhere online is not a source. What you can find however is 20 different interviews of undertaker constantly saying how great cm punk was to work with and how great a guy he is and cm punk constantly putting over taker as a legend and business first kind of guy, and punk talking about his gear at WM 29 being a homage to undertaker. You can find a recent clip of taker on CZcams saying that he has no idea where the idea he and punk having heat came from but not to listen to anyone who never worked in the business on who has heat with who.
It needs to be someone absolutely new never seen before and totally monstrous..
The problem is Roman in not Bruno....the ONLY reason the keep selling out is people want to see roman drop the belt. There's only so many times you can dangle the bait before the people lose interest...

The only realistic people that could take the title from Roman Reigns, would be Brock Lesnar, Gunther since he's undefeated as IC or possibly bring Wardlow from AEW to the roster.

But it is broke, Mark. That “heat” people feel isn’t at Roman anymore. It’s at WWE creative. Fans are so tired of the same 1-2 months of no-show Reigns then has a PPV where the flow of the match is the exact same every time (face gains edge, then Roman gains edge for longer, then face comes back about to pull off the win, then a run-in happens, Roman capitalizes 1-2-3, rinse and repeat). It’s to the point nobody cares. The reason people sing Rollins’ song is because his title reign actually has substance.
Its funny how the nature boy Ric flair is called a 16x champion but it's other video clips with Ric flair having at least 21 world titles but certain territories didn't acknowledge all 21 world title reigns. Just saying 🤔
There's a couple unrecognized title charges in Puerto Rico too. I have seen arguments that Flair has had as many as 23 title between WCW, WWF, and the NWA.
