This is the greatest amount of times I have ever had to cut out someone saying sentences over and over in a video because it was so hard to form words.
Sorry we didn't talk about Plural Kit a lot, Ging didn't really remember a lot about it and we didn't have the foresight to try it out again before making this video. So I'll just put what I want to say here: Plural Kit is great. It had a lot of really neat capabilities due to the coding-ish style of it. It's very cool. Hats off to the developers. Out of all of these apps, I do think Plural Kit had the most features. And since these features are based on typing commands, it eradicates the issue of the system being bogged down with buttons and a confusing interface. If you want to log switches digitally as well, this one is great. I really recommend it if you're good with phones and learning "if A, then B" stuff, and the system can keep up.

Oooo we'll have to try twinote, we've been looking for something like that! Also totally feel you about the instagram thing. We all use the same account but the whiplash is crazy when we start fronting again and our fyp is completely different 😭 -Vash
HAPPY birthday !!!! hey there Ginger! nice to see you! i have wandered round trying to find things like this that you can use if you don't have a smart phone. it seriously sucks that absolutely everything is geared that way . i have a mac computer - you know sit-in at a desk and i opened a group on FB thinking Oh that would be good, except it isn't because only the "owner can comment" if you get my meaning. I love to hear from anyone in our group and bought a mini recorder - but it would be great to have 'visual stuff' you know, share ideas creatively. i'll have to listen to this again; umm get bits about Twin sounds interesting.
we've been curious about twinote and this was a good help, thank you ginger! we might try it out and see if it sticks. and your feelings on things being too "system-y" makes total sense, especially as an alter. im the host but i know our current and old co-host (now protector) have a lot of mixed feelings about system stuff. it can feel a bit patronizing and dehumanizing, as theyve discussed with me and each other.
and i use simplyplural somewhat, sometimes, idk. i mostly just make the profiles and try my best to keep up with logging switches but its really not the first thing on my mind when we switch at all, im too busy dissociating and not existing.
^ i kind of understand the confusing interface, but there is an easier way to log switches! you go to the members tab and then click the 4th icon on the bottom (3 lines with an arrow on the side, its highlighted in yellow) and youll get a dropdown menu and its pretty simple from there, you just tap like 2 buttons to log who fronted. tho this explanation might not be clear still, oh well
you can also make it open up on members and have the fronter notif so it can simpliy fast. if you change the default member action to "set as front" it's basically open the app and tap once.
the open on members page is settings>options>defult page>members
The always have set as front thing on the members page is settings>options>default member action.
Found this helpful, thank you! Had similar experiences to you guys with plural-kit and simply plural. We don’t really find tracking switches important/possible anyway. Gonna have to give Twinote a try.

From a visually impaired/blind pov haveing a private server with pk works better than sp for writeing info to eachother bc sp works with apple screenreader but not larger text for messages but discord does love the vote feature on sp tho it slaps
We use pluralkit and simply plural a whole lot, they work amazing for our system (: it makes sense they wouldn't make sense for every system, though; they can be intimidating and complicated. We'll definitely look into making seperare pintrests for each member though ^^~ Rayne, host

Having just yesterday gotten into a fight over DID-apps again this is actually incredible helpfull thank you!
plural kit is a discord bot made by one of minecraft earth project admins whom is a system .
it was made for systems to have their own bot and do not use bots made for roleplaying and rpg but from technical perspective it works almost the same
For antar i think you have to make profiles outside the conversation (in setttings i think?) but we got rid of it after we had to hard reset our phone and it forgot everything :

i use sp and i only log switches if its long but even then we forget almost all the time 😭
also agree w the "too direct" thing w chats and stuff omg
