Die Aletsch Arena ist ein bekanntes Ski- und Wandergebiet im Kanton Wallis. Wer sich erholen will und die Natur liebt, der ist hier perfekt aufgehoben. Es gibt so viele Wandermöglichkeiten - egal ob im Sommer oder im Winter. Wenn die Landschaft allerdings frisch verschneit ist, entfaltet sich die Schönheit dieser Landschaft ganz besonders. Besonders ist auch der Blick auf den grossen Aletsch Gletscher der leider von Jahr zu Jahr schmilzt. Auch hier hinterlässt die Klimaerwärmung ihre Spuren.
Jeder Besuch hier in der Aletsch Arena hinterlässt bei mir eine besondere Erinnerung. Diese Natur, diese Weite, dies Ruhe und diese Kraft die man hier findet ist schwer zu beschreiben. Deshalb bin ich froh, dass ich Bilder kreiern kann. Diese erzählen es viel besser als ich es je könnte.

This beautiful hike and that silence you refer, makes that song from Simon and Garfunkel come to my mind, because it describes this very well : "The sounds of silence".
All this peace is wonderful and inviting to think and meditation.

Yes we tried several times but he hates every kind of goggles...And after one dive in the snow - they are full with snow..no chance...
