    Wanted to create this video to go over the process that I use when choosing the right set of aftermarket wheel/tire setup for your car as a basic level 1 wheel/tire enthusiast. Hope this helps out anyone, that is having trouble finding the right wheel!
    Head to ‪@FitmentIndustries‬ to learn more about width, offsets, and tire sizes! They will have everything you need!
    Wheel/Tire Size Calculator:
    www.rimsntires.com/specs0.jsp?...
    Overview:
    Step 1: Why?
    What is the purpose of the wheels?
    Daily?
    If "daily", keep in mind the wheels be exposed to weather elements depending on your area.
    Recommended for Daily:
    Wheel Cost: (nothing more than $200 per wheel for replacement)
    Wheel Finish: Anything painted/powdercoated/gloss/matte (Easy to maintain)
    Wheel Size: Depending on your vehicle, i recommend max of 18" (More tire options that provide good sidewall for protection/ride comfort)
    Tires: You are definitely wanting to get all season tires more than likely if you typically experience snow during winter.
    Recommended for Weekend Car:
    Wheel cost: Sky is the limit here
    Wheel Finish: Anything you want (Chrome/specialty material/etc)
    Wheel Size: Anything you want depending on the look/function you want.
    Tires: If you only drive on the weekends, and dont take out the car in the rain, then you really just need a really good summer tire.
    Step 2 Budget.
    What is your budget range? And how much are you willing to spend? My budget was $1400-$1500
    I got the wheels for $810 shipped from ebay
    Step 3. Research Size/Width/Offset/Tire Size.
    Do your research on what size you want. Learn about offset, and how it affects the fitment. Visit
    Step 4: Style. What is the overall theme and look you want for the car?
    Remember at the end of the day it’s your car, and as long as you love it, no one else’s opinion matters. Think of a stock car as your blank canvas. You have the paint brush. You paint whatever is in your mind onto that canvas. That is your art, and your creation. Be proud of it.

    Love your vids bro! I just got my 2021 hatch and it came with factory 16's and ive heard if i switch to 17's the ride will be better and also somebody recommended to wrap it with 225/45R17 whats your opinion about this set up? Thanks in advance bro

    • @FujiboHeavy
      @FujiboHeavy  Před 5 měsíci +1

      Appreciate it and congrats on your Rolla Hatch! Such great looking cars 👍🏼 Yea the ride quality itself will improve depending on the specifc tire you go with (compound/size etc), next is how much sidewall for ex 45 for 17 is standard. If you stick with 16 wheel, the 50 sidewall is standard. So the more sidewall you have, the more rubber you have to absorb shock/bump. 225/45/17 is good setup as long as the wheel width is 17x7 or 17x8, but I would recommend contacting site Fitment Industries to make sure youre choosing the correct tire size paired with your wheel size. Hope this helped!

    • @FujiboHeavy
      @FujiboHeavy  Před 5 měsíci +1

      @@jcruz0627 that comes down to personal preference, so for me I try to stick as close oem wheel specs so it doesnt throw off the speedometer too much. So as long as the total wheel diameter is the same as oem, speedometer should remain the same

    • @FujiboHeavy
      @FujiboHeavy  Před 3 lety

      My only concern is really ride quality and making sure you have enough rubber to still maintain ride comfort/handling. Honestly if you really like them, you should try them out. But just make sure to consider (are you daily driving the car? Do you have lots of potholes in your area? Etc) Have you checked on tirerack.com to see how 19’s would look with the proper tire size, then also checking the tire size calculator to make sure the wheel/tire you plan to get will fit okay. At the end of the day definitely get what you want, if it doesn’t work out, learn from it, and move on :)

      @FujiboHeavy  Před 3 lety
